Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Please give us a minimum of 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your experience(s). You will then have the option of either receiving a full refund or of rescheduling your experience(s) for another time, depending on our mutual availability. We will do our absolute best to meet your needs & exceed your expectations.

Please do keep in mind that cancellations or change requests with less than 72 hours notice will require full payment being charged without exception. It is important to us to be fair with you, so as long as you give us 72 hours notice, you will have the choice of receiving a full refund or of rescheduling.

In the rare event that Beach Therapy® needs to cancel an experience with less than 72 hours notice, we will give you the option of either rescheduling OnLine, OnBeach or OnBoat at a mutually agreed upon time or of receiving a full refund.

Inclement Weather Policy
We are grateful to have sunshine most days of the year, & even when it rains, it tends to be for short periods of time (with Rainbows as a side benefit). We at Beach Therapy® strongly believe in the philosophy of No Rain, No Rainbows. As such, for experiences scheduled for OnBeach or OnBoat, we will plan to meet at the scheduled day & time regardless of the weather. The only exception to this is when the public authorities officially close the Beach / Ocean. If this occurs, you will be able to choose to have an OnLine Experience, an Indoor Experience (you would choose & provide the space) or preferably, meet outside. If at all possible, we would highly recommend you to go ahead & get wet in a Beachful way! Learning to dance in the rain and jump in puddles are valuable skills in the journey of becoming one’s Rainbow Self & developing our Beachfulness.
